Fairview Park Trail Network

In fall 2025, South Fayette Township continues the process of planning and designing a 10-foot shared-use path adjacent to Recreation Road through Fairview Park. The path will allow pedestrians and bicyclists to be separated from vehicle traffic. The project is anticipated to be under construction in fall 2026. If you have any questions or comments regarding this plan, please contact Parks and Recreation Director Paula Willis via email or call 412-221-8700 ext. 217. Here is a map and news item about the trail plan. Note the provided map is an approximate representation of the trail plan, and exact results may differ.

South Fayette Community Day
South Fayette Township uses the entire Fairview Park for this annual community event, held on the 4th Saturday of each August. Pavilion rentals are not available during this weekend.
