What is our Sponsor Advertising Program?

In this unique, nationally recognized program, we combine the best parts of sponsorship programs and traditional advertising to highlight your business or organization. We aim to show you care about community involvement, while offering you beneficial promotional perks.

How does it work?

Make a cash contribution to an eligible South Fayette Township event or program to support the community and highlight your organization. The more you contribute, the more recognition you receive.

4 steps

1. Review the annual signup form (Fillable PDF) or online registration portal and choose the event(s), sponsorship level(s) and perks that work for you.
2. Submit registration and payment, using either:
   • Signup form (Fillable PDF) with check OR
   • Online registration with credit card
3. Review your benefits, and if applicable:
   • Email us your logo
   • Email us your magazine advertisement artwork for sponsorships at the Gold Level and above
4. Enjoy the perks of being a sponsor!

What are the perks of the program?

All sponsors are recognized at the annual Thanks for Giving luncheon and networking event.

Depending on the event and sponsorship level, additional benefits may include:

• Free magazine advertisement in South Fayette Connect (Gold level and up)
• Recognition on event signage (all)
• Social media and/or website listing/tag (all)
• Name or logo on T-shirts, bags, posters, programs or other materials (select events)
• Physical presence / booth space at event if desired (select events, when space is available)
• Name presented with event title (presenting sponsor, 1 per event; call to inquire)

How do I advertise in South Fayette Connect?

We offer sponsor-advertiser packages starting at $250. It's more than traditional advertising. Sponsor an eligible township event or program at the Gold Level or above, the package includes an advertisement in our official magazine, South Fayette Connect.

The bigger the contribution, the larger the ad.

This innovative, award-winning program is similar to purchasing an advertisement outright, except you receive the added benefit of being recognized as a community sponsor both inside the magazine and in conjunction with the sponsored event.

Inside the magazine, ads are accompanied by a sponsorship acknowledgement and thank-you, and sponsor advertisements are listed in the table of contents.
