The section of Mayview Road from Hastings Crescent in South Fayette Township to the Upper St. Clair Community and Recreation Center is closed from 4 PM Mon. Sept. 15 through Thurs. Oct. 9, 2025, (weather permitting) for a bridge replacement, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11.
Crews from Allison Park Contractors will replace a bridge that carries Mayview Road over Chartiers Creek and conduct barrier work on this $2.1 million project.
Traffic will be detoured. There will be local access only to the bridge closure area, which will allow for access to OTB Bicycle Cafe at Hastings.

- From Mayview Road, take Boyce Road (Route 3006) westbound
- Turn right onto Washington Pike (Route 3003)
- Washington Pike (Route 3003) becomes Route 50
- Turn right onto Station Street (Route 3005)
- Turn right onto Dewey Avenue (Route 3005)
- Turn left onto Bank Street (Route 3005)
- Follow Bank Street to Mayview Road
- End detour
North of the Closure
- Same detour in the opposite direction
