The section of Mayview Road from Hastings Crescent in South Fayette Township to the Upper St. Clair Community and Recreation Center is closed from 4 PM Mon. Sept. 15 through Thurs. Oct. 9, 2025, (weather permitting) for bridge work, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11.
Crews from Allison Park Contractors will rehabilitate a bridge that carries Mayview Road over Chartiers Creek, plus conduct full-width expansion dam replacement, concrete deck and barrier repairs, and bridge sealing, on this $2.1 million project.
Traffic will be detoured. There will be local access only to the bridge closure area, which will allow for access to OTB Bicycle Cafe at Hastings from the Hastings side of the closure.

- From Mayview Road, take Boyce Road (Route 3006) westbound
- Turn right onto Washington Pike (Route 3003)
- Washington Pike (Route 3003) becomes Route 50
- Turn right onto Station Street (Route 3005)
- Turn right onto Dewey Avenue (Route 3005)
- Turn left onto Bank Street (Route 3005)
- Follow Bank Street to Mayview Road
- End detour
North of the Closure
