Allegheny County plans to begin road improvements in Thursday, August 31 or Friday, September 1 on Seminary Avenue/Thoms Run Road, between Battle Ridge Road and Union Avenue, in South Fayette Township and in Oakdale Borough weather permitting. Work is expected to last for one month and will include road repairs and mill & Overlay. The road will remain open, but expect delays and one-lane, alternating traffic with flaggers. The road is county-owned.
