[ARCHIVED] Thoms Run Road reopened

Thoms Run Road in Collier has reopened to traffic. It was closed near Boyds Run Road since Sept. 14. During the rest of October, short stoppages with flaggers will occur on Thoms Run at various locations between Forsythe Road and Dutch Hill Road for guide rail installation, Allegheny County announced.
