The South Fayette Community Day Committee (PDF), a subcommittee of the Parks and Recreation Board, is charged with planning the yearly event for the benefit of residents, local businesses, service organizations and other community members. Responsibilities include raising funds, promoting the event, arranging entertainment and activities, and securing vendors.
