Contractors this summer are building three ball fields at Fairview Park in South Fayette Township.
Work is occurring from about May to September 2025. Please note noise and dust may occur during the work.
The ball field site is located near the Mayview Pavilion and splash pad. Note that the splash pad (expected to open Sat. May 24 through Labor Day), the Mayview Pavilion, the Bark Park and other park amenities will remain open during ball field construction. Please use caution and do not enter any construction zones.
The ball field construction project is the final major amenity being added to the Mayview expansion site at Fairview Park. The township has received more than $1.6 million in grant funding to support the project.
